With the NFL regular season swiftly approaching, Bill Belicheck and the New England Patriots have been in the news for all of the wrong reasons, but today the franchise may have just made one of the most underrated moves of the off-season. Today they signed veteran receiver Reggie Wayne. Wayne, who is a product of Myke University of Miami, and former Colts All Pro wideout, is out the end of his playing career, but he adds veteran leadership and depth to the recording corps. With a Tom Brady suspension looming over the organization and having a young, inexperienced QB, adding a player like Wayne can only help with Jimmy G’s progression and also the other receivers on the roster.
